A Summary Business Appraisal is designed to provide the most cost-effective appraisal for small business owners and prospective buyers. Though used by both buyers and sellers of businesses, buyers, in particular, have found this appraisal to be very useful in evaluating the asking price for a business. The Summary Business Appraisal focuses on the aggregate Price/Revenue and Price/Discretionary Earnings multiples provided for all types of businesses based upon business classification. This appraisal is recommended for smaller businesses with less than $3 million in annual revenue. This appraisal is designed to fulfill the following needs:

This appraisal follows the most accepted standards of business valuation by focusing on individual sales of comparable businesses in order to determine appropriate multiples of discretionary earnings and revenue to be applied to the subject company. Each comparable sale is individually scrutinized and assessed for compatibility. This appraisal report is recommended for businesses in excess of $3 million in annual revenue. This appraisal is designed to fulfill the following needs:
